Will started at Zen in 2020 during for his industrial placement year whilst studying for his Tonmeister degree at the University of Surrey in Guildford, continuing to work for Kev and Andy full time throughout his Final Year. Before working at Zen, Will cut his teeth mixing shows in local venues, achieving practical experience of fast paced live sound gigs which he would carry over into his roles at Zen. The combination of studio and live skillsets means that within the company he is flexible to cover positions including floor sound, recording and playback engineer, truck guarantee, dub assistant, midi programming and vocal tuning.
