Will started at Zen in 2020 during for his industrial placement year whilst studying for his Music and Sound Recording degree at the University of Surrey in Guildford. He continuing to work for Kev and Andy full time throughout his Final Year of the degree. Before working at Zen, Will learnt the ropes mixing shows in local venues, such as the Boileroom in Guildford, achieving practical experience of fast paced live sound gigs which he would carry over into his roles at Zen. The combination of studio and live skillsets means that within the company he is flexible to cover positions including floor sound, FOH & MONS, recording and playback, truck guarantee, dub assistant, midi programming and vocal tuning.
