An unusual gig for Golddust Films – recording excerpts from the hit musical for transmission on Tik Tok no less. Cameras framed for phone watching with Zen Big Buddha Truck recording The Feeling with additional strings and orchestral elements. Guest vocals from the likes of Becky Hill, Beverley Knight and Holly Johnson.

A crazy busy one day shoot and with mains issues (at the venue) meaning sound check had been running for over an hour before we could power up and join in!! We mixed the show live on the night and then immediately went into overnight edit with us remixing and fixing through the night and delivering finally at about 4AM the following morning from the studio carpark!

We sent mixes remotely via our secure FTP after we had remixed to picture. A very good example of how we can handle both live and post on a very tight deadline. Nothing like a 22 hour day to focus the mind…
